Come escape your routine for a day of fun learning to paint silk with Ann Taecker of Silks With Attitude from Watertown, SD.! Learn the gutta serti technique of silk painting in which areas of design are isolated with a resist/gutta and dyes are painted within these areas with watercolor brushes. If you need ideas, some designs to work from will be available. All materials are supplied. The finished squares are suitable for framing, making into pillows, wall hangings or table scarves. Ages: 13 and up.
