Tired of the hot weather? Come to the air-conditioned Dacotah Prairie Museum to enjoy a program about Aberdeen's first winter with significant snow fall--1896-1897--view pictures taken during that winter and hear about how that accumulation of snow (and the resultant spring flooding)affected the city, its residents, and their activities.

This program is open to all--need not be a member of the Historical Society to attend.

The program begins at 2pm and will last about one hour.
