Aberdeen Area Human Resources Association and North Eastern Work and Technical Education Center are sponsoring Jim Kellar for this leadership presentation. During this session, we'll discuss the challenges of implementing change. We will spend most of the time discussing how leaders can make the most of each employee interaction by using brief, structured conversations to get to the heart of issues. 3-D Communication is a virtually cost-free process that gives leaders a dependable process and a competitive edge.
